How does it work?

Physicians can dictate via telephone or via digital recorder. Transcription is performed directly in the Secure Web Portal.  Transcription is available upon completion of the report.  Log in to your secure account via any secure internet connection from any computer. AccuStat utilizes the most up to date security standards to ensure data confidentiality.

• First, our system captures dictation via a hand held digital recorder or telephone and assigns it a job ID.

• Dictation is then securely sent to our server for distribution.

• All dictations are sent to your assigned transcriptionist and are available to our QA staff.

• Once the transcription is complete, the document is immediately available to you for approval and e-signature. 

• Access is controlled through the use of individual sign-ons that can be customized to various access levels

• We maintain your documents in a totally secure (128-bit encryption) searchable database.
